ISG looked high & low for a best of breed open source collaboration suite and found Zimbra. We initially deployed the open source edition and were hooked. In April 2008, ISG upgraded to Zimbra Network Edition and became an official hosting service provider.
ISG became one of the first Concursive partners (then Centric CRM) in July 2006. We maintain our own CRM servers, in our own data center, as a hosted solution.
ISG has been a Recol customer for several years. We recommend Recol Internet solutions to our customers when they need a solid connection to the Internet and top notch technical support. Local to New Haven, CT, they assist us with planning, implementation, and ongoing support.
